The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti has finally released the exam dates for various Non-Teaching Posts Recruitment issued in March 2024. As per the 20 March 2025 notice, the various posts exam will be held from 14 May 2025 to 19 May 2025. The exam date depends on which NVS Non-teaching posts you have applied for.
Under this recruitment drive, the NVS plans to fill 1377 vacant posts, such as Female Staff Nurses, Catering Supervisor, Junior Secretariat Assistants, Legal Assistants, and others. Candidates who have applied for any of the 14 posts now await the admit card release date.
As per the NVS exam notice, the exam city intimation slip will be available on the website 15 days before the exam and the admit card two days before your exam as per your post. The Samiti will conduct the CBT and interview for some posts, whereas for some posts, the Samiti will conduct the CBT only, and for some posts, CBT and Skill test. So, do check your selection procedure as per your post.

- Next, you can find the admit card download direct link for the NVS Non-Teaching posts Recruitment-2024 on the important news section of the homepage.Â
- Once you click the Admit Card direct link, you will land on a new page, where you have to enter your login credentials.Â
- Once you enter and submit the login credentials, your NVS Non-Teaching Posts admit card will be available on your screen, you can download it and make two to three copies of it. Â
When candidates download the admit card they must check the details mentioned in it, such as name, roll number, exam date & time, reporting time, Exam Center address, instructions, and so on to ensure every information is correct.

Exam Pattern
The exam pattern of NVS Non-Teaching posts depends on the posts you have applied for as the CBT exam will be held on the basis of the cadre and post you are applying for, the syllabus duration can vary based on the posts. For Instance, the Assistant Section Officer post will have five parts for a total mark of 120, whereas the Audit Assistant exam will have 5 parts for a total of 130 marks.
The candidates should understand that the authority will conduct the exam and interview only for the legal assistant post. For the Assistant Section Officer, Female Staff Nurse, Computer Operator, Lab Attendant, Audit Assistant, Junior Translation Officer, Catering Supervisor, and Multi-tasking posts, the authority will only conduct the exam.
For the Stenographer, Junior Secretariat Assistant in both cadres, Electrician-cum-plumber, and Mess Helper posts, candidates will be shortlisted based on the exam and skill test.
